A cake I created for the Houston Aeros' front office staff to congratulate them on all their hard work during the Calder Cup Playoffs. The cake features the Houston Aeros vs Milwaukee Admirals logo used for the 2009 Western Division Final. The cake is made with funfetti cake mix, covered in chocolate icing, and finally covered with a layer of vanilla flavored fondant.
